Terms of Use
Effective June 1, 2024
Agreement. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Menyu Software (Menyu, "we", "our", and "us"), the operator of theMenyu platform (the "Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Changes. Menyu may update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page. You are responsible for reviewing updates periodically. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised Terms.
- Privacy. These Terms include this document and our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use. Menyu grants you permission to access and use the Platform provided that you comply with these Terms and the following restrictions:
- You may use the Platform only on behalf of authorized Organizations and within applicable agreements.
- You may not transfer your access credentials or allow third parties to use your account.
- You may use the Platform only for lawful activities and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying information from the Platform.
- You may not upload or transmit malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code through the Platform.
- You may not bypass or disable any software protection mechanisms on the Platform.
- You may not remove or obscure product, copyright, or proprietary notices on the Platform.
User accounts. You may create an account through third-party authentication providers (including Google). Those providers determine what account information we may access. YourMenyu account is created using information you provide or information received from those providers.
You and your Organizations are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to promptly notify us of any unauthorized access and to log out at the end of each session.

You may not transfer your account without our prior written consent.
Content. Each Organization owns the content it submits through the Platform (Organization Content). You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit Menyu content except as necessary to use the Platform under these Terms.
- Feedback. We welcome comments, ideas, and suggestions to improve the Platform (Feedback). You agree thatMenyu may use Feedback without any obligation to provide credit, payment, or ownership rights.
Termination. Menyu may terminate these Terms and disable your access immediately, without notice, including for violation of these Terms or applicable law. If Organization agreements expire or terminate, Platform access may also terminate. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits, intellectual property terms, and dispute-related terms) will survive.
Disclaimer of warranties. YOU USE THE PLATFORM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.”Menyu, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, transmission without data loss, or absence of viruses.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menyu (and its licensors/providers) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, or computer failures.
- Notices. Notices may be delivered by email (to the address you provide) or by posting on the website.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. Menyu may assign these Terms freely. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their authorized successors and assigns.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, subject to dispute-resolution processes set out in applicable Organization agreements.
- Entire agreement. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Menyu regarding use of the Platform, except for applicable Organization agreements.
