Using Menyu. Terms of service.

Menyu enables establishments to create and publish a digital menu and use the functions available in their subscription. The features and pricing pages describe the current offering.

Orders, services and reservations offered by a restaurant remain subject to that establishment’s information and conditions. Menyu does not replace the restaurant in preparing food or delivering its service.

Provide accurate information when creating an account and establishment. The organisation owner manages members and assigns access appropriate to their responsibilities.

Protect your sign-in credentials and notify Menyu if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share access to an establishment’s data with anyone who is not authorised to use it.

The establishment checks the information it publishes, including names, prices, availability, descriptions, allergens and images. It must hold the necessary rights to content it provides.

Review AI-generated suggestions before publishing. A proposed text, image or translation does not replace your knowledge of your products and ingredients.

Do not use the service to distribute unlawful content, impersonate others, infringe third-party rights or disrupt other accounts.

Prices, billing periods, included functions and any trial terms are those shown during subscription. Review the summary before confirming.

AI functions may consume credits. Your account shows the balance and related offers. Module availability depends on your plan and, for some features, activation.

Use the designated account area to change or end a subscription. Check the confirmation summary for effects on the current period and billing before proceeding.

Some functions rely on an external account or service, for example social publishing or payment processing. You grant permissions for the requested actions and comply with that service’s terms.

An integration’s availability may change with its provider’s rules. You can withdraw permissions; this does not automatically remove content already published on the external platform.

Before deleting an organisation, check active subscriptions and the information you need to retain. Deleting data and ending billing are separate operations.

Failing agreement, disputes fall under the competent courts, subject to mandatory rules that apply, in particular those protecting consumers.
