Sync: review and preview your imported menu

Paste your menu link into Sync, then review the result before adding it to your catalog. The preview uses your menu’s colours, and your readings remain available in Previous imports.

Sync

Review your menu before adding it to the catalog

Sync reads your menu from a link and groups products by category. Review the prices and options it found in a table, with search and category filters. Reading costs 2 AI credits when AI is needed; no AI credits are charged when the menu can be read without AI. The cost is shown before you start.

Sync

Preview the result in your menu’s colours

Beside the products, a phone preview shows the imported menu in your own style. Before confirming, you can see which products will be added and which will be skipped because they already exist or have no usable price. New products are saved as drafts; activate them in the catalog when you are ready to show them on your menus.

Improvements and fixes

  • Sync

Previous imports lets you reopen a menu that has already been read without reading it again.

  • Sync

When adding products, you can choose to copy photos and fill in missing details about your restaurant.

Komi edits more product details, and the cart shows each choice

Ask Komi to set up product sizes and options. In the cart, your customers can see their choices beneath each item, with extras included in the displayed price.

Komi

Set up product options with Komi

Ask Komi to add or edit product sizes and prices, then set up option groups such as sauces, cooking preferences or extras. Specify required choices and rules between options, and undo the change from history. The message cost in AI credits is shown before you send and depends on your selection.

Orders and cart

A cart that spells out your customers’ choices

The cart groups selected options by name beneath each item and shows their quantities. The displayed unit price includes extras, including on discounted suggestions. Products with a single size no longer repeat its name on the cart line.

Dashboard

Your figures alongside the Omni conversation

The Omni page brings your business figures into cards alongside the conversation. See sales and menu visits according to the modules available to your restaurant, then ask a question on the same screen. Conversations use your AI credits.

Improvements and fixes

  • Komi

Edit a product’s category, calories or allergens without leaving Komi.

  • Komi

On phones and tablets, Komi’s menus scroll within the available space and input fields stay readable.

  • Menu and mini-site

Collapsible categories show their product count in a button that uses your menu’s colours.

  • Dashboard

On desktop, hover over a sidebar module to see a short description of what it does.

A clearer product sheet, and suggestions in the cart

The product sheet brings option choices together on mobile. You can suggest products based on what is in the cart and target Prize coupons to a product or category.

Menu and mini-site

The product sheet, rethought for the phone

When a customer opens a dish, the photo, the name and the price sit at the top of the screen. Each group of options says whether it is required and how many choices are left; short choices show as tiles. The note for the kitchen opens in place, and the promo code goes straight into the cart. All of it keeps the colours of your menu.

Orders and cart

Offers based on what is in the cart

A new page of the catalog creates offers: when the cart holds a given dish or category, your menu suggests another product, with a discount if you like. You set the dates, pause an offer from the list, and follow the sales it brought over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Prize

Prize coupons for specific products or categories

A reward can now apply to the whole menu, to a single product or to a category, with a minimum spend if you want one. A free product covers one unit, extras not included. In the catalog, you can exclude products or whole categories from coupons.

Improvements and fixes

  • Menu and mini-site

The Mosaic header has been rebuilt: photo in the background, frosted glass panels, and a clean result whatever your theme.

  • Menu editor

The template gallery shows each template applied to a sample menu, live.

  • Komi

You can dictate your messages to the assistant instead of typing them.

  • Prize

Darts are thrown with a swipe and the dice roll more naturally.

  • Dashboard

Your AI credit balance stays visible in the dashboard navigation.

  • Orders and cart

When a customer added several products very quickly, some options could get lost in the cart. Fixed.

  • Dashboard

    Dashboard panels open without flickering.

  • Everywhere

Emails and screens meant for your customers show in their language, French or English.

Prize replaces Play, and the assistant follows you on every page

Prize brings together nine games with coupons to win, and the assistant opens from every dashboard page. In the editor, you can set the product sheet and booking flow to match your menu’s colours.

Prize

Nine games with coupons to win

Prize replaces Play. Your customers play on their phone for a chance to win a coupon, based on the rewards you have set up. They can use it in the cart or at the counter once you validate it. Every win then appears on the customer’s profile.

Komi

An assistant at the bottom of every page

A pill at the bottom of the dashboard opens the assistant. Ask how your bookings or sales are going and it answers with your own figures. The credit cost of a message and your balance stay under the field. On a phone, the pill sits above the navigation bar.

Menu editor

Your colours on the product sheet and the booking flow

The Style tab of the editor now sets the colours of the product sheet and of the booking flow: background, text, button, borders. A small preview shows the result, and clicking a part of it opens the colour that paints it. Change nothing and your menu stays as it was.

Improvements and fixes

  • Getting started

Setting up your restaurant has been redesigned: every step shows your menu live.

  • Getting started

When you import your menu from a photo or a PDF, every product read is sorted as to fix, to check or validated, and you review it all before publishing the menu.

  • Menu editor

The Screen panel of the editor shows the product sheet or the booking flow in the preview, on mobile or desktop, with the product of your choice.

  • Dashboard

The home, catalog and reservations pages of the dashboard have a new layout.

  • Contests

The Contests, Audience and Settings pages have been redesigned.

  • Reservations

Several fixes in the booking planner, including when loading the following weeks.

  • Prize

Game screens now fit on a phone without scrolling, down to the iPhone SE.

  • Komi

The assistant keeps track of the conversation from one message to the next.

  • Reservations

Depending on the palette, a few texts in the booking flow were hard to read. Fixed.

A redesigned menu editor, and ordering over WhatsApp

The editor arranges its tools differently: your elements listed in order, a dock to publish, and colours you set for the whole menu or for a single block. For your customers, ordering by message comes to WhatsApp.

Menu editor

Your menu, element by element

The “In this menu” panel lists all your elements in display order. A click selects an element and shows it in the preview, a drag moves it, and you can hide it without deleting it. To add a header, a heading or a product from your catalog, click it to place it at the end of the menu, or drag it straight into the preview. Undo, save and publish sit together in the dock at the bottom of the screen.

Menu editor

Colours for the whole menu, or for a single block

When you change a colour, you choose its scope: the whole menu, or only the selected element. A colour set on one block is marked as an exception, and “Back to the theme color” removes it. Text size can also be set element by element.

WhatsApp

Your customers order by message

On WhatsApp, an assistant answers your customers, understands their voice notes and prepares the basket. The customer confirms, then pays online or at the counter. You follow every conversation from the dashboard and can take it over at any time; accepting, charging or refunding stays your call. The Menyu team switches the module on, one restaurant at a time.

Improvements and fixes

  • Menu editor

A guided tour introduces the dock, the “In this menu” panel, adding elements and the style settings.

  • Menu editor

Each block of the preview can move up or down with a button, no dragging needed.

  • Menu editor

If your menu changes while you apply a template, your edits are kept.

  • Menu editor

When an automatic save fails, the editor tells you instead of moving on.

  • WhatsApp

WhatsApp settings cover opening hours and orders per time slot, preparation time, delivery by postcode, the minimum order and the welcome message.
