  1. Introduction. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") explains how MenyuSoftware collects, uses, and discloses personal information through its online platform (the Platform). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the practices described here. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy are defined in our Terms of Use.

  2. Information we collect and how we use it. We collect information you provide voluntarily and information collected automatically while you use the Platform. We use this data to deliver Platform features, improve the service, and communicate with you.

    1. Information you provide.

      1. Account creation. When creating an account, you provide information through a third-party authenticator (for example: name, email, optional profile photo). We use this information to provide access, perform our contractual obligations, and communicate with you.
      2. Posts and comments. You may post content and comments on the Platform. Third-party applications connected to the Platform may also send user content into the Platform.
      3. Facebook and Instagram integrations. If you connect a Meta account to Menyu, we may receive information needed for the permissions granted: Facebook Page list, Page identifiers, Instagram Business account identifier, profile or account information available through Meta, access tokens, prepared or published content, comments, engagement information, and technical metadata related to posts. This data is used only to display connected accounts, publish content, manage comments, and perform the actions you request from Menyu.
      4. TikTok integration. If you connect a TikTok account to Menyu, we may receive information needed for the permissions granted: TikTok account identifier, available display name or avatar, server-side encrypted access and refresh tokens, available publishing options for the account, video content selected by the Organization, selected publication settings, publication identifiers, status values, errors, and technical metadata related to publications. This data is used only to display the connected account, allow a user-initiated TikTok video publication, track its status, diagnose errors, and revoke access at your request.
    2. Information collected automatically.

      1. Browser and device information. We may automatically log your IP address, geolocation data, device identifiers, cookies, device type, session duration, and pages viewed.
      2. Emails. We may receive confirmation when you open emails sent by our services.
  3. Disclosure of information. We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

    1. Staff and third-party service providers. We work with providers to operate the Platform and deliver services (hosting, storage, processing, and related operations).
    2. Organization access. Users within the same Organization may access information you share in shared Platform areas.
    3. Third-party applications. If an Organization enables a third-party integration, the provider may access data necessary for interoperability.
    4. Business transfers. In case of merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or change of control, personal information may be transferred as part of business assets.
    5. Legal compliance. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, official requests, or to enforce our agreements and rights.
  4. Security. We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

  5. Your rights. Under applicable Organization agreements, we generally act as a data processor on behalf of Organizations. To exercise rights such as access, correction, or deletion, please contact the relevant Organization. We assist Organizations as required by law. For Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok data, also review our Data Deletion Instructions.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Platform, meet legal obligations, and protect legitimate interests. Data from Meta or TikTok is deleted or anonymized when access is revoked or when it is no longer needed, unless legal obligations or security reasons require retention.

  6. Do Not Track signals. We do not track users across third-party websites for behavioral advertising. If similar signals are received, they do not alter Platform functionality.

  7. Policy updates. We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the current version.
