Publish your menu and share its QR code

Prepare your Menyu menu for publication, check the public version and keep a stable address for your QR codes.

Check a menu at its public address before sharing it with customers. An editor preview is only part of that check.

Before publishing

Open the menu from your dashboard. Review categories, visible products, prices, variants and any additional charges. Check allergens and translations against your actual menu.

Wait for saving to finish. Resolve any version conflict or save error reported by the editor before publishing.

Publish and check

  1. Use the editor’s Publish button and review the publication status.
  2. Open the menu’s public address.
  3. Check it on a phone: headings, images, prices and options should be readable.
  4. Test the link on a device that is not signed in to your account.

The View menu button in settings also opens the public menu. If the wrong menu appears, check the selected establishment and published menu.

Your QR code should point to the public address you have checked. Scan the final design before printing in quantity. Leave clear space around the code and test it at the intended viewing distance.

Changing a dish or price does not require a new QR code while the destination stays the same. Changing Your menu address in settings can make existing printed materials outdated.

After making changes

Save and publish, then check the public address again. If an issue persists, contact the team with the menu link and the result you expected.

Read Products and variants to prepare your catalogue, or First settings for the address and languages.
